TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to our retreat! Before you reserve your spot, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions carefully. Your participation in the retreat constitutes your agreement to abide by these terms.
Payment & Cancellation Policy.
To secure your spot at the retreat, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Any promotional offers cannot be combined, can only be used once per attendee, and code must be used during checkout and cannot be retroactively applied after your purchase has been completed.
Payments are non-refundable, but they may be transferable to another individual upon request and approval. Any transfer must occur at least 60 days prior to the start of the retreat.
In the event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Retreat Program. The retreat program, including activities, workshops, schedules, and meals is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers. Unless specified as included as part of the cost of the retreat program, the organizers are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel, drinks, or additional activity costs.
Health and Safety. Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. Please inform the organizers of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to the retreat. The organizers reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.
Liability Waiver. By participating in the retreat, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor and group activities. Participants release the organizers from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the retreat.
Photo Release. Participants grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to website content, social media posts, and marketing materials.
Intellectual Property. All materials provided during the retreat, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the organizers. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials provided without the express written consent of the organizers.
Code of Conduct. Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, organizers, and staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
Confidentiality. As a participant in our offsite retreat, you may have access to confidential information shared by fellow participants, organizers, or staff. It is imperative that you respect the confidentiality of any information disclosed during the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, personal stories, experiences, ideas, and proprietary information shared during workshops or discussions. By participating in the retreat, you agree to the following:
Non-Disclosure: You will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the retreat to any third party without the express written consent of the individual or organization involved.
Protection: You will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of any information shared with you, including but not limited to safeguarding written materials and refraining from discussing sensitive topics in public spaces.
Use: You will only use confidential information for the purposes intended during the retreat and will not exploit it for personal gain or any other unauthorized purposes.
Duration: Your obligation to maintain confidentiality extends beyond the duration of the retreat and continues indefinitely, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties involved.
Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from or relating to the retreat shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
Arbitration Agreement. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or the retreat shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The location of the arbitration shall be Tucson, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any breach of this agreement by you.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the organizers, their affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the retreat, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability.
Attorney Fees. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this confidentiality agreement or your participation in the retreat, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in connection with such dispute..
By registering for the offsite retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the organizers before proceeding with registration.
