As passionate short-term rental owners, co-hosts, and entrepreneurs, we're brought together by a shared vision for success in the industry (and a deep love of Arizona). After being Instagram friends for a few years, we finally met at the Level Up Your Listing Summit and quickly realized the potential in combining our expertise to not only help each other grow - but the potential to help other hosts, too.

We've both built our STR businesses from the ground up, creating scalable systems, gorgeous designs, launching properties, managing owners, and building the perfect tech stack. We've made mistakes along the way but also know what works. And we won't hold back - we're sharing it all with you at this retreat. Yet unlike most other conferences, this will be collaborative so we will all maximize our learning and leadership.

And thus, Thrive Host Retreat was born—a culmination of our shared experiences and the belief that together, we can all thrive.
